This idea came about many years ago
as simply a fox and a skunk having a picnic. The skunk was there because

| In the course of developing the letter, the idea of the skunk's scent seeped in |

The watercolor dye step. This design pretty much followed the formula of all the other letters...no surprises. It's now ready for the colored pencils. |
| The
expression on the fox's face is the key to this design. The eyes aren't
quite right yet...I'll need the opaqueness of the acrylics to put
on the finishing touches. |

| The final product. I deliberately clouded over the fox's eyes just a bit to give a more stunned look. A tasteful design? ...well, there are tasty treats at the picnic. That's pretty close to tasteful. | |
