FORM
NAME 1 TWO LINE
|
PLEASE
REMEMBER: The
most important thing is that I understand what you want.
Please use the ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS box in the Shopping Cart
for your name. It never hurts to repeat the obvious to make sure
you get what you want. Remember, too, that you can always email
me.
Use
the form below for the first name you want to order. If you wish
a second name, please use the link at the
bottom of the page.
1.
Count the letters in the name, and use the appropriate portion of
the form.
2. Determine whether you want your name to appear on one or two
lines. If the name is really two names, like MARY
KATE, and you want it on a single line, be sure to type "blank"
where the space exists between the names. If you want the names
on two lines, use the NAME 1 TWO
LINE form.
3. Type in the Item Number of each letter design in CAPS (e.g.,
M-02, K-01, etc.), unless the name has a smaller letter like McENTIRE.
In that case, use a LOWER CASE letter in the Item Number for the
smaller letter (You would type in the Item Numbers for "McEntire"
like this: M-01, c-02, E-02, N-01, etc.) Your name will not
have a lower case letter in it. In the position where you type in
a lower case letter, there will be a smaller capital letter.
Please put a comma in between each letter. If you need to use punctuation
that is really part of a letter (like the accent
grave), list the PUNCT- item number AFTER its letter. Any time
you use a smaller cap or punctuation, use the Instruction Box (see
5 below) to tell me again. There is no charge for punctuation, except
for the exclamation point, which
counts as a letter.
The QUANTITY for each name is 1.
4. CAPTIONS: Captions are printed under the letters. The captions are small, not at all like the captions you see under the individual letters here on the website. Those are large so they'll be clearer on the Web. For an idea of what they really look like, here's an example. You probably can't read them (the example is, by necessity, low-res for loading speed and piracy concerns), but you can see the size. The captions have to be there to provide the connection between the letter and the illustration. I don't have captions on any of the originals, and, whenever anyone sees the artwork, they always want to know how the animal, whose name hardly ever starts with that letter, relates to the illustration...always!
5. On the cart there is a box for your comments or instructions.
Please be brief and concise as there is a 40 character limit, and
that includes spaces. But please use this box even if it's to reinforce
something you think I already know...like the accent
grave.
6. This isn't mandatory, but it won't hurt to email
me and tell me, once again, the same information, especially
the comments or instructions. I want to make sure that I know what
you want. The form information has to be formatted a special way
to have your order correctly tablulated and processed. Thankfully
there isn't any such limitation in an email. When you're dealing
with custom services, it doesn't fit easily into the normal way
of doing things. By emailing me, it will more or less confirm exactly
what you want. It also ensures that I'll be able to ask you any
questions I may have about your order.
